I Wore Trends from the 70s and 90s

Tommy X Zendaya Metallic Knit Dress (similar here and here)
Dior Diorquake Belt (similar here and affordable here)
Vintage Gucci bamboo sandals (similar here and affordable here)

Hi guys! I hope everyone’s weekend turned out amazing. The previous week has been really hectic for me because I was battling jet-lag and I had to catch up on my work responsibilities. Nonetheless, I am happy to be back at home!

Since it’s been a lot warmer and sunny last week in LA, I decided to put on this Tommy X Zendaya Metallic Knit Dress (similar here and here) that reminded me so much of the 70s glamour dresses. I love how simple and understated the dress is. The metallic fabric is surprisingly not overwhelming, I even managed to attend meetings and got some work done in this outfit.

To add more dimension to this dress, I wore my Dior Diorquake Belt (similar here and affordable here) to cinch my waist. I think adding this pop of color made the whole look interesting.

For footwear, I decided to wear these Vintage Gucci bamboo sandals (similar here and affordable here). I am so glad I scored these 90s sandals from The Real Real. They are perfect for the coming months! I’m sure 90s sandals will be big this summer.

This was a really easy and comfy outfit that I can repeat over and over. I can’t wait to wear more slip dresses in the coming months!
