Friday Favorites: Items That I Loved From Fashion Month

March 15, 2019 - 1 Comment

Another fashion month, where I got to wear all kinds of crazy outfits, is over! (P.S. see all the outfits I’ve worn here). I want to share a couple of things that I loved during fashion week. Well…other than celery juice, you’ll know what I’m talking about if you’ve watched my paris fashion week vlogs.

1.Loewe Gate Leather Jute-Trim Bucket Bag (similar here and here; under $100 here) – I’m in looove with this new Loewe bag that I wore to the Elie Saab Show. It’s the perfect size for a bucket bag and the canvas finish made it really lightweight. The long shoulder straps are also super convenient – my hands were free to film more content! I can’t wait to style this minimalist bag this coming spring. If you’re over basket bags, this could be THE spring/summer bag for you.

2. Sam Marcel That Glow Glow Highlight Palette – If you guys have been watching my Paris fashion week vlogs, you’d know Britt did most of my makeup looks. We tried experimenting with a lot of sparkly eyeshadows but the product that I loved the most was this Sam Marcel highlighter. The palette comes with different shades that can double as a blush. This highlighter made my face sooo radiant.

3. Zest Tea High Octane Tea – I have been trying to quit coffee but because of my jam-packed schedule in Paris, I needed the extra caffeine. I recently wrote about this miracle tea in this post and I brought a pack with me to Paris. This tea saved me all throughout the fashion week. My energy level was stable and I didn’t crash at the end of the day! Did I mention it’s all natural and no sugar added?

4. Belted Blazers – As you all know, I love wearing blazers because they easily elevate any look. For Paris Fashion Week, I wore my blazers like tops by adding belts to cinch my waist. I think this is a nice and fresh way to style all of my blazers. Shop the full belted blazer trend here (affordable here and here).

5. Biossance Tea Tree Detox Mask – I wore so much makeup during the fashion month that my skin almost gave up on me! With my busy schedule, I slept less hours and I battled jet lag. My usual skincare routine was not enough so I am glad I packed this Detox Mask with me! I have very dry skin but this Tea Tree blend was not drying at all. It did a good job refreshing and unclogging my pores.
