Fall Outerwear Items That I’ve been wearing for years

I love fall because it means we finally get to start wearing sweaters and coats. Sometimes, it can be challenging to feel fashion forward while still keeping warm because we have to bundle up so much. However, when done right, wearing an overcoat can make me feel like I’m at my most put together. So, I wanted to share with you guys how I go about styling my outerwear so you can have your chicest fall yet.

Camel-colored coats are one of my favorite wardrobe pieces. Here, I’m wearing a Nanushka coat which is now sold out. However, I also love this camel-colored overcoat from H&M because it’s so affordable and still very sophisticated. In order to feel fashion-forward when you’re all covered up by an overcoat, you can add trendy pieces to create a unique silhouette. Here, I layered a camel-colored scarf (super affordable here) and wore a pair of red Poppy Lissiman sunglasses to make the look feel more elevated and luxe. I also carried my Chloe Tess Bag (affordable here and here), wore a pair of straight leg jeans, and added a pair of tan booties.

This cream-colored coat is also from Nanushka (super affordable version here). I love the pale color of it, because it really stands out during the fall and winter when most people wear black overcoats. Here, I tried a different take on the typical neutral outfit by wearing all white and pairing my look with snakeskin boots. This Enza Costa ribbed white turtleneck (affordable here) is super flattering and can be paired with so many different pieces. I created a more formfitting silhouette by tucking my turtleneck into a pair of white straight leg jeans (affordable here). Finally, to really pull my whole look together, I wore one of my signature gold pendant necklaces. Small touches like sunglasses or jewelry can really help take your look to the next level – even when you’re almost completely covered up by an overcoat.

Here, I also wore my Nanushka coat (H&M version here). This time, I paired it with Lou and Grey jeans (sold out, but similar here) and a Lou and Grey cashmere sweater (sold out, but similar here). Cashmere sweaters are such a good investment to make this time of year, because they are so comfy, and look instantly chic no matter how you wear them. Also, when wearing an overcoat, accessories like the Chanel mules (super similar here) I wore, and the Christian Dior bag I carried are a great way to still make a statement.

Here, I wore my cream-colored Nanushka coat (affordable here) again, but this time I paired it with knee-high tan boots and straight-leg jeans. I also wore a white turtleneck (super affordable here) again because it’s such an effortless way to feel polished and elevated. I also carried a Loewe Gate Bag (super affordable here). Sometimes, even the simplest neutral pieces can be styled to create a luxe outfit for fall.

Here are 9 coats I have loving right now:
