A Linen Blazer to transition from Summer to Fall

September 24, 2018 - 22 Comments

Steele White Linen High-Waisted Pants (on sale right now! $35 version here and here) / Mango Cream Linen Blazer (I also like this from H&M here) / Target White Tank Top / Miyerh Clear and Black Sandals (super similar here and here) / Loewe Brown Gate Bag ($40 similar here) / Celine Gold Initial Necklace (affordable option here) / Wald Pearl Drop Earring ($25 similar here and here) / Monse Ombre Sunglasses (similar here)I’m so happy to be back in L.A. for a few days before getting ready to go to Paris for fashion week! During New York Fashion Week, it rained so much so I had to wear outfits for colder weather. So, it feels nice to be home for a few days and wear something for warm weather during the last few days of summer. Here, I wore a pair ofSteele White Linen High-Waisted Pants (on sale right now! $35 version here and here). I removed the belt that the pants come with, and paired them with a vintage black and silver belt (under $30 here) instead. I like the way that the black belt adds a sharp contrast to the white pieces, and also emphasizes my waistline. When I am putting an outfit together, I always think about simple accessories that I can use to add unique touches or to create more exaggerated shapes.I wore Mango cream linen blazer i (under $50 version here) over a simple white tank top from Target. I recently wore this same blazer in New York. It is a great buy because it’s a classic staple that can be worn to work, dressed up for a night out, or thrown over jeans for a brunch date with friends. For shoes, I opted for the Miyerh Clear and Black Sandals (super similar here and here) and carried a brown Loewe Gate Bag (under $40 version here). I also wore a pair of Monse Ombre Sunglasses (similar here)Finally, I finished off my outfit with some personalized gold jewelry pieces. I wore aCeline Gold Initial Necklace (affordable option here). Lately, I’ve been loving asymmetrical earrings, and this trend was all over the runway during New York Fashion Week. Here, I wore a Wald pearl drop earring ($25 similar here and here). I love asymmetrical earrings because they add such a special component to every outfit, and definitely make any look feel more fashion forward.Steele White Linen High-Waisted Pants (on sale right now! $35 version here and here)
