Gingham Wrap Dress in Costa Rica

I recently went to Costa Rica for a much-needed vacation with my sister Dani and my best friend Jared. Costa Rica is famous for some of the most beautiful beaches in Central America, so naturally, our itinerary was filled with beach visits. I wore this Reformation pink gingham wrap dress (similar here) as a swim cover-up. Even though this was intended to be a dress, wrap dresses like this one is actually perfect as a beach cover-up. It’s so easy to take on-and-off. If you are heading to the beach this labor day, I was also wearing the Girls On Swim bikini (similar here) underneath the dress, and to top off the beach look, I carried a Nomah Project Straw Bag (similar here and here). To go with the pink theme, I wore these Oliver Peoples pink sunnies.

    Hi Aimee!
I’m sarah and I’ve just recently started following your social media accounts. Being 15, they’ve really inspired me to be myself in fashion choices and expressing who I am through what I wear! I wanted to know if you ever had interning positions for anyone my age? It would be really great to hear and learn insight from someone so submerged in fashion culture…! If you’re ever looking for someone to help… email me!

  3. I also bought a wrap dress and it came yesterday exactly two days before I go on holidays, so I was happy and I can´t wait to wear it on my bikinis as a cover up or in the evening with some sandals..great versatile piece for summer :)

  5. I love gingham, it’s such a classic print in my book, so I love the fact that it’s trending so much this summer and into fall! This dress is so cute on you; I love the pink color and ruffle details, so fun and flirty! Thanks for sharing, beauty, and I hope you’re having a great holiday weekend!
