Friday Favorites Song of Style

Friday Favorites

Welcome to a new series! Every Friday I’m going to do a recap of my favorite things from the week! It could be products, foods, quotes, books–anything! I have so many favorite things that I always want tor recommend to people, and figured this would be a good way to do it. One of my favorite things from this week that I can’t photograph is the fact that I’ve been doing the Whole30 for two weeks now! I honestly can’t believe I’ve made it this far, but I’m really proud of myself. Sweet potatoes have become my new favorite food since they satisfy my carb cravings but are compliant with the diet. 1. Two Songs Self Love Tee in Black – This is one of my favorite pieces of the week just because it reminds me to love myself. That, and I just really like the new black version that we released.
2. FRAME Denim Skirt (affordable version here) – The heat, you guys. There is no wearing jeans in LA right now, so I am sticking with my go-to Frame Denim skirt. I love the uneven hem.
3. Macy’s Gold Earrings ($50) – Every girl needs a nice pair of gold hoops. These ones are such nice quality (14k gold plated) and totally affordable from Macy’s!
4. Oliver Peoples x The Row Sunnies – I got these when I went to FYF, and I pretty much haven’t taken them off! I’ve been loving 90s style lately, and these are the perfect shape.
5. Ole Henricksen Hygge HydraClay Detox Mask – I got this mask a few weeks ago, but after using it for a while, I definitely see a difference in my skin! For sure my favorite beauty product of the week.
6. Loeffler Randall Sandals ($28 version here) – I think I wore these like four times this week. They’re just so easy and go with anything, so like why not?

  1. I’m so impressed that you’re two weeks into Whole30! I have a little trick I think you’re going to love that I was obsessed with when I did it earlier this year!

So I too love avocado toast and found a way to have it on Whole30!!!! Basically you slice up some sweet potatoes and crisp them up as your “toast” and then top as usual. It’s obviously not exactly the same but it’s actually super good and surprisingly filling! Here is the recipe I followed:

    Hope you enjoy!!
