Fashion week is over, but I still wanted to share some of my favorite spots and moments from New York. I’ve done a quick NYC guide before when my parents were with me, but this time I wanted to share places perfect for any fashion lover just visiting or if you were to come during fashion week!Where I stayed: Nomo Soho
I absolutely loved this location and the rooms. Being in Soho is so convenient especially now that most of the fashion shows are spread out around Midtown and Downtown. My favorite part about this hotel were the suites, the view, as well as the convenient location. You get the gorgeous New York City view from your room and from the rooftop as well. The spacial planning of the room was great with plenty of storage! I was able unpack all of my clothes with ease and have somewhere to put them because of the generous amount of closet and storage space throughout the room. Also, as a beauty junkie, I loved that the Nomo Soho had a lot of counter space in the vanity. The bed situation at the Nomo Soho: wearing a For Love and Lemons PJ set (dress version here). The view from the roof top at Nomo Soho. Where to eat: By Chloe, Nomo Kitchen, Beauty & EssexBy Chloe (pictures above) – A new vegan restaurant in Greenwich Village that became my favorite vegan restaurant ever. I ate here three times during NYFW and every experience was amazing. My favorites were the Guac Burger, Quinoa Taco, and the Spicy Thai salad. It’s extremely filling despite being vegan, but save room for their amazing dessert! Also, this neighborhood is really cute so I highly recommend walking around for cute photo ops!Nomo Kitchen (pictured above) – Every morning before going to shows, I had their ricotta pancakes (which is currently making my mouth water just thinking about it) and the granola that comes in a mini jar. I may or may have not packed a few of those jars with me so I could eat them while going to shows.
Beauty & Essex – It’s a pawn shop in the front and a restaurant in the back. I’ve been to this restaurant a couple of times before and my favorite memory of this place is the music (every time I’m there, they have amazing DJ’s) so I end up dancing upstairs by the DJ booth whether it’s allowed or not. Of course, the food is really great as well and so is the decor. The lobster mac and cheese is my absolute favorite here! I suggest ordering a bunch of plates and sharing with your friends.
What I wore: By now, you’ve seen all of my NYFW outfits so I’m sharing a few outfits that I wore out and about and to events!
I wore this Ministry of Style off shoulder top with a pair of Solace London Evelyn Culottes (similar and affordable here), Gianvito Rossi Boe-Tie Sandals (similar and afforable here), Benedetta Bruzziches Clutch (similar and very affordable here) to the Daily Awards show.Wore this beautiful lace top from Mason by Michelle (Shopbop is having 25% off sale w/ code: INTHEFAM25 and similar and very affordable here) with God Save Queens Rose Bra (For Love and Lemons has a very similar one, affordable version here).Black Gold Diesel Cropped Blazer (similar one here), Lover’s and Friends High Jack Shorts, Schutz Blake Sandals (similar and affordable from Topshop), Chloe Hudson Bag (affordable one here.)
