The more I travel, the better I get at packing. I left L.A. for South Korea with two giant suitcases both only half filled up. I knew I was going to be in Korea for 7 days so I brought 7 outfits and an additional dressy outfit just incase I was going somewhere that required that and just one extra pair of heels. Why did I bring two suitcases if both of them weren’t going to be full? Because I knew I’d leave for L.A. with tons and tons of Korean beauty products (more on that later.)
Anyways, being a seasoned traveler, now I know what type of clothes to pack that I can re-wear and mix and match. One of them being this black leather skirt from Paige Denim. I wore this same skirt when I was hosting the opening of the new Paige store at The Grove LA (seen here) as well as with a simple white tee as seen here. I love that this black skirt has zipper details that makes it unique but is still considered simple and versatile because the zippers aren’t too flashy. Korea’s fall weather is still quite warm so I wore a sleeveless grey coat with a Vince sleeveless turtleneck sweater. I love leaving my hair tucked in a turtleneck sweater. At first it was laziness, but I really like that way it looks now. I even only brought two bags for this trip. My new nude Celine box bag and this Chloe Hudson mini charm bag.
