Easy and Healthy 4th of July Recipes

Happy 4th of July! Hoping you guys are spending some great quality time with your loved ones, eating tons of delicious food and enjoying life! I’m currently in Korea with my sister but as I mentioned in the previous post, I did celebrate an early 4th of July and made some delicious and super easy parfait and watermelon juice with my friend Jennia!
I’m not a great cook nor do I have a lot of time to prepare things, so you know how easy and quick these were to make! (well, except for waiting for the star ice cubes part!)

  • mints
  • one watermelon
  • star cookie cutter

  1. The colon cleanse will allow you to absorb the nutrients your body needs from the food you eat and so you
will not feel hungry all the time. OK, so I didn’t run around like
a kid but I found that resistance training was ideal
for a guy like me. When you hear about a topic being talked about frequently,
at one point of time you sit still and start wondering what it actually is about.

  5. Both of these recipes look delicious! The watermelon juice looks refreshing and would be especially great on a humid day like today in Chicago. I think I’m going to have to go to the store and buy myself a watermelon now.

  6. Awww these are so cute, Aimee! I just had to let you know, though…I can’t read a lot of your post because your blog has been showing up really off lately. :( Not sure if it’s my computer but the other day I even got a blank page saying that something was malfunctioning? Thought you might want a heads up on that. :)

And I see you’re finally pursuing more and more healthy recipes? I remember you told me that you’re wanting to get healthier so yayyy, good for you! <3
