So I come home after eating some delicious shrimp burrito with my boyfriend for dinner and there is this one lady whom I've never seen leaning on the entrance door to my apartment.
Apparently she was really drunk and couldn't open the entrance door so I helped her in. All of the sudden she collapses and my boyfriend and I caught her. From there we were trying to help her find her apartment for at least 30 minutes until she finally told us that she lived on the 5th floor.
She told us to leave so we just left her on the 5th floor. I hope the lady eventually found her apartment..
People need to know what their limit is so they don't make a fool out of themselves.

Did you guys get to do a lot of Black Friday shopping?

I just didn't feel like going through the massive crowd.
Enjoy the rest of the weekend and see you tomorrow.

Photobucket sucks!
It won't let me post pictures because I exceeded the bandwidth so now I have to pay in order to post pictures on my site.
Oh well, I'm going to use imageshack from now on.
I'll repost my old pictures tomorrow.
Hope you guys had a lovely Thanksgiving and got lots of good deals for Black Friday.
It's almost 11pm now and I am soooo ready for a nice bath and to go to bed.

Mine for only $69.99! =)

Steve Madden lace up boots

Hope you guys are having a wonderful Thanksgiving.
It's been a tradition for my sister and I to go to KFC and have chicken and mash potatoes every Thanksgiving since middle school.
To continue the tradition, my bf and I walked to KFC but apparently, in the city KFC is closed on Thanksgiving so we went to Denny's instead and ate $50 worth of really delicious food. lol
Thanksgiving is almost over in a couple of hours so before it ends, I would like to say THANK YOU to everyone and I am grateful for everything that God has given me.
See you tomorrow!

It's a rainy day in San Francisco.
Thankfully it's not windy..... and my cheap H&M umbrella tried to saved me from getting wet.
More than half of the time the umbrella kept flipping over. LOL

Thank you for all the lovely concerns & comments about my skin problem.
I put this vaseline type lotion called Aquaphor all over my body after a shower last night and when I woke up my skin felt a lot better. =)
Aimeeways, are you guys ready for Thanksgiving?
I know I am! Although most of the time I'm probably going to have to work on my final projects.

I just got back from a 6 hour class which started at 3:30pm and ended at 10pm.
Therefore, here is my really late outfit post.
For some reason San Francisco has been making my skin really dry and itchy these days, so note the scars on my legs. (ew I know, but I couldn't help myself from scratching!!!)
It wasn't this bad when left in the morning but it got worse throughout the day. I'm really depressed because of it. Hopefully it clears up soon.
Gosh, I miss LA :'(

I remember seeing Lisa Edelstein's NY home in the US Instyle but once gain it was featured in Instyle Russia November 2008.
Her overall interior is a bit bohemian(my favorite) with a neutral tone but she makes it fun and girly by adding colorful accessories.

I was feeling very lazy today and didn't feel like curling my hair so I just put on a hat since my hair was a mess from not drying it last night. I was so lazy that I didn't put even anything on my face. no blush, no sunscreen, no nothing....
However, despite my laziness I did manage to go to the fabric store and got some fabrics, some to upholster my kitchen bar stools and some to make a dress that I want to wear for my birthday(December 10th! =D)

I love her natural looks. Her un straightened hair, little or not make up, her loose tops, etc.

This is my last leather jacket purchase. I had my eyes on these for like two months and when it finally went on sale ($50 off heck yeah) and Arden B. was doing a buy one get one 50%, I just had to buy it. The biggest reason other than the price tag that stopped me from getting this was that it is actually 100% leather. I just turned vegetarian couple months ago and I'm trying my hardest not to do anything that will harm animals.
But I was wondering, do they actually kill the animals for leather or is it just dead animal that they use? I'm going to regret so much if they had to actually kill an animal just to make this leather jacket.... (knock on wood)
Aimeeways, I told you all three jackets I purchased are totally different.

Arden B. leather jacket, Arden B Dress which I bought like 2-3 years ago, Steve Madden fringe heels
I look like I'm checking myself out. Haha I actually am. LOL

I'm not usually this pale. I don't know why I look so pale.

I wanted to thank everyone that leaves me lovely comments. Thank you so much for all the comments and if you'd like to criticize me for buying a real leather jacket, please do so.
I deserve to get whooped.
Btw, is there such thing as a waterproof lap top or some kind of case where it protects the laptop from water? I just need something to do while I'm taking a bath. I know, you take a bath to relax and just rest but I have major ADD which stops me from just staying still...
Any suggestions?

So I bought three leather jackets from Arden B on Friday just because they were having a buy 1 get one 50% off sale. If you're like my boyfriend you are probably thinking 'what? you bought three of the same jackets?'
Well no, not really. They are three totally different leather jackets. One is a bomber jacket (the one I wore yesterday), the one I'm wearing right now is a cropped jacket, and the third one is a real leather biker style jacket (I really wasn't going to buy the third one but I don't have a biker style jacket)
I actually bought all three not only because it was a good deal but also since my sister has been begging me to give her my favorite vintage jacket (the one I'm wearing in my previous posts) and since I don't want to give her that I just got something else so that she could choose.
I know, I'm such a nice sister. teehee =D

As always, I got up super late today and didn't have time to curl my hair so my hair is a bit of a mess (last night I just fell asleep right after a shower without having time to dry it)
The gorgeous weather of San Francisco ended as of yesterday and it was freezing once again so I got to wear my new bomber jacket(I just bought like 3 jackets.......no wonder i'm broke lol)

I'm so homesick nowadays. I miss my dogs so much. I can't wait to go back to LA and see my beautiful Malti & Pooma. Now I really got to save, save, and save for plane tickets to LA.

Btw, Kanye West's new album is amazing although he's singing too much and using that crazy computer/electronic effect just like Lil John's lollipop song.
All the beats are good but the lyrics are mostly about break-ups. Quite depressing especially since I'm so tired right now.
Aimeeways, that's all for tonight. I think I'm going to go to bed early tonight
Hope you guys had a great weekend and have a wonderful, amazing, beautiful, & fun week!

It's been one of the most beautiful weekends in San Francisco. It was over 75 degrees and I enjoyed every bit of it! I finally got to go to a Bed Bath and Beyond to buy a showerhead and although it was a little over 2 miles away, I decided to walk just because it was such a lovely day. Of course due to the extensive walking, I had to put my chucks on which I haven't worn in ages.

I feel like wearing all black is the easiest way to look decent. =)

Oh, and on my way to work I kind of got hit my a porsche but my bag saved meeh.
The porsche stopped and everyone got their cell phones/cameras out and started taking pictures. LOL
However, I am unhurt and no, I will not sue the driver to get rich.
Also, I heard there is a fire in the greater Los Angeles area so please keep those who are affected by the fire in your prayers.
Thank you,

Starting my own blog certainly was one of the best decision I've ever made this year besides going out with my boyfriend =) and I finally got to meet one of my favorite Interior Design blogger, Karen from Alkemie.
I first came across her sight a year ago or so googleing some inspiring interior design photos. When her and I found out (through each other's blogs) that we both lived in the city we decided we should get together and that is what we did today.
Karen showed up in a gorgeous white bebe shirt, tight black pants(not leggings) with the sexiest newport news knee high boots(they have wedge heels so she said its super comfortable), a red LV bag/tote, and also a jacket she got from Hong Kong.
I enjoyed talking about blogs, fashion, interior design, eating thai food, and talking more with her. I will definitely do it again. Thank you Karen!

I remember those days(a little less than a year ago to be exact) when I used to go out and party.... lol now I stay home and party with my lovely boyfriend and watch hgtv and discovery channel all night. hahaha

So there was another wet paint sign (this time they were doing the gold trims in the elevator) and I didn't touch it. I learned my lesson the hard way. =)

Dude, when there is a sign saying 'wet paint', it means it's really wet and not to touch the paint
or else you'll get paint on your skirt like meeh! ahh...
I went to go do my 2 weeks of laundry and on my way downstairs to the apartment basement, I saw a sign saying 'wet paint.' I touched it to see if it was wet with a huge pile of laundry on my other hand trying hard not to drop it. Not only did I drop my laundries but also somehow got paint on my skirt but not on my fingers.

aimeeways, I'm watching Animal Planet and Bearman of Kamchatka is playing and oh gosh, those bears are soo cute! I want a pet bear. If I had one, he or she would keep me warm and we'll eat fish together. If I can't get a bear, then a tiger or a lion is fine too. Have you seen Christian the lion from youtube? My boyfriend's mom sent it to meeh awhile ago and it's such a beautiful and heartwarming story.

I realized that my shirt and my blueprint case were the same color so I used it as a prop for my photos. lol
Once again, my face is looking extremly tired, bloated and lifeless and it's all because of lack of sleep.
Every single day, at 2am in the morning this guy who collects bottles near my apartment wakes meeh up because he is super loud. Right when I'm about to fall back asleep I hear sirens going off and then I'm woken up once again. I love living in the city and not having to drive everywhere or sit in traffic for a long time like I used to in LA, but all the crazy drunk people and noises are just driving me crazy and making me miss my beauty sleep that I used to get in LA.
I miss sleeping in peace...............

Today, I am missing my dogs Malti & Pooma more than ever.
I have two Malti-poos back in LA and they are currently living with my parents and my little sister.
I wish I could bring them to San Francisco, but living in a tiny apartment with no yard and very little money (u see, I am a broke college student) I had to leave them back at home. Hopefully my job and bank account will allow me to go back home during Christmas and visit my lovely dogs. It's sad, but I miss them more than my parents or my sister. (hopefully, none of them are reading this.lol)

This picture was taken on August 18 of 2008 by my lovely little sister.
I miss you Malti & Pooma and see you soon.

Ever since I moved to San Francisco, I've never really done any sightseeing and today I got a chance to. With my favorite people, we went to the Muir woods, Saucilito, and Golden Gate Bridge then went to Pier 39 and had some delicious seafood. It was extremely freezing and wearing sandals was a very, very, very bad idea! I should've known better since I've been living here for 6 months now.

Did you know that when there was a fire and earthquake in San Francisco back in 1906 or 1907, they used the redwoods from Muir woods? They built 30 houses from one tree and I also learned that a 300-400 years old tree is just considered a baby tree. Also the tallest tree there is 260 ft. Just thought I'd share what I learned today! =)

Since my style was a little bit bohemian, thought I'd share some gorgeous Modern Bohemian decor with you. Following pictures are all styled by Liza Giles. I wish I could paint my hardwood floors white just like she did. It makes the room look a lot bigger and lets you focus on the surroundings. So beautiful!

I just had the biggest sushi dinner ever.
Today I went to work @ 8:30 to 2pm, with no time to eat lunch but a humungous Strawberry Nirvana from Jamba Juice, then head over to the San Francisco Design Center and stayed there till about 5. I was so hungry I kept eating the Hershey's Kisses on the Concierge desk. lol
After the Design Center I was able to go eat some delicious Sushi with some of my favorite people and ate like I hadn't eaten all day....
Although I was extremly full, I managed to get myself some delicious Green Tea Mochi Ice Cream. Um~ yummy!

BTW, for those who live in San Francisco, the Design Center Concourse is having this thing called the The Fabulous Food Festival which offers festival-goers a unique assortment of culinary treats from over 120 exhibitors, many offering free samples and their goods and products for purchase. More than 20 different food related categories will be featured: from Baked Goods to Condiments, from Chocolate to Cheese. It's only 10 bucks to get in, so all you food lovers should definitely check it out (the best part is, it's for all ages!!)

Dear President Obama,

I voted for you, and altho we're a few hours of knowing for sure whether you have become the president or not, I'm pretty sure you are the president of United States.
I'm super excited and happy for you and for all the people and hopefully, you'll undo all or atleast most of the damages that Bush has done and America could be a beautiful country once again with no hatred, no discrimination and such.

It was raining, (once again!!) in San Francisco,
but because I was a good girl who went to school and didn't ditch,
I got out when it stopped raining. =)
Aimeeways, thought I'd share some gorgeous neutral living rooms with you..

I heart the gorgeous graphics/patterns on the pillows and fabrics.
It gives a neutral living room a less boring look.

I love this living room that Johnathan Adler designed. I absolutely heart the mirror

This month's Harpers Bazaar UK Issue is just amazing.
Jeisa Chiminazzo looks super edgy and the styling is great.
I want everything she's wearing.

So it's raining once again in SF and the only thing good about that is for some odd reason it's a lot warmer than usual.

Yesterday, instead of celebrating the dead by dressing up, I just decided to watch Zack and Miri make a porno. It was another Seth Rogan movie, but just like all of his movies, it was hilarious and a little disturbing. I would normally try to explain what the plot is, but the title says it all: Zack and Miri make a porno.

Today, instead of a picture of my outfit, I'll post something better, the Balmain Spring 2009 Collection. It's full of gorgeous rock-chick-fabulousness. I absolutely heart it.
These are just a few of my favorites from this season.
Enjoy!
