Remember I went fabric shopping a couple weeks ago?
I meant to make this dress awhile back but never got the chance to since I've been so busy with school and work. I had a day off for my birthday so I decided to make my birthday dress that I've been putting off.
Since I have never made a dress before, it took me 5 hours making this dress.
I know it's not perfect, but it's close to what I wanted to be and I'm so proud of myself! teehee
Also, I got a Chanel 2.55 bag from my wonderful boyfriend. I can't believe I got this!! I thought I was going to faint the minute I opened the present.

omg amy!! you are sooo lucky. ive been with the BF for THREEEE years and i havent gotten any purses/shoes BOOOO!! and i cant believe you made that dress. you are super skilled! how did you do it? did you get a pattern and use a sewing machine? haha i am impressed :)

girl, i'm far from 20. i'm pushing 30! ok i'm actually 26, but that's damn close to 30!
i lived in the bay area for 3 years (2004-2007) so i know about the crazy housing prices there. texas real estate is much more affordable. =)
and yes, if you ever randomly decide to visit houston, you can stay at my house. we have 2 extra bedrooms!
